Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

50CREATORS: Items in the 50CREATORS collection cannot be exchanged or returned due to their exclusive and limited nature.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of this collection, the products offered are considered to be goods specially designed and manufactured for commemorative purposes, according to particular specifications and/or of a non-standard nature, therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. The provisions of these specific terms do not affect the legal rights of the consumer or user in the event of product non-conformity.

By confirming the purchase of an item from the 50CREATORS50PRODUCTS Limited Collection, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this term, waiving the right of withdrawal provided for in general consumer regulations.
Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
Underwear:

Woman: underwear can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased and still have the bag or protective sticker with which they were sent.
Man: underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Kids: underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for socks, tights, tops, bodysuits and vests kept in their original packaging.

Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
Cosmetics: must be returned in the original sealed packaging and in original condition. Items from the Standard Procedure collection cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customisable items: given that these garments are customised, it is not possible to exchange or return them. Moreover, it is not possible to cancel purchases of items in a customised colour.
HOME items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, suit carriers, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
Magazines: They cannot be returned.
