RETURNS AND REFUNDS WITH A GIFT RECEIPT

If you want to exchange or return an item with a Gift Receipt, you have these options:

If it is an in-store purchase: go to a Zara store and you will receive the refund on a Voucher.
If it is an online order: you can go to a Zara store where you will receive the refund in the form of a Voucher Receipt. If you prefer, you can request a refund on the website and you will receive your refund via email on a Voucher.

You can use the Card or the Voucher Receipt, online or in any of our Zara stores.

Remember that the Card or Voucher Receipt does not expire.

HOME items can be returned as well to ZARA HOME stores.
