RETURN REFUND

Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund.
REFUND OF IN-STORE PURCHASE
If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.
If a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, our store staff will indicate an alternative method.
REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
When you make the first return from an order that was purchased online, you can choose how you want to receive your refund: in the same method of payment you used for the purchase or on a Voucher Card (if you requested an online return) or a Voucher Receipt (for a return done in-store). For future returns associated with the same order, we offer the option for a refund to an online voucher or in the form of a bank transfer.

Also, keep in mind that if your purchase has been paid with the PSE method, the refund will always be made in the form of a bank transfer.
You can use it for future purchases online or in any of our Zara stores.
Remember that the Voucher Card is valid for two years from the date of issue.
If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities.
Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 15 days, depending on your bank.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 15 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

Remember: if you sent us your return items through our home pick up service, the return costs will be taken off the amount of your reimbursement.
