Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request this during the purchase. It is not possible to do this at any other time.
Invoice for an online purchase: To obtain an invoice from your online purchase you must place your order with company information. Once you have the items in your cart, select the option of purchasing as a guest. We will show you two alternatives in this process, make your purchase as an individual or as a business. In the latter case, we will ask you for information to be able to generate the corresponding invoice.
