Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

• Swimwear: must include the hygiene strip.
• Undergarments:
• Woman: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker with which they were sent to you.
• Man: undergarments may not be exchanged or returned.
• Kids: undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of tops, bodysuits and undershirts that are still in their original packaging.
• Pajamas: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. Items that include a bag must be returned with it.
• Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
• Fragrances: Must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
• Cosmetics: the item must be returned unused, sealed and in its original packaging
• Personalized items: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
