    • Home delivery:

      • The day after you buy it - 3.95 GBP / FREE (Orders over 50 GBP)

        We aim for next day delivery on orders placed between Monday and Friday before 20:00.

      • The same day you buy it. - 7.95 GBP

        Same day delivery within London for all orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 14:00.

        Not available for orders containing Zara Home items.

      • Precise day London - 5.95 GBP

        Choosing this option all orders placed between Monday to Saturday will be delivered at a specific date and time chosen by you.

        Not available for orders containing Zara Home items.

    • Drop point - 1.95 GBP / FREE (Orders over 50 GBP)

      Next day delivery on orders placed between Monday and Friday before 20:00

    The delivery times shown above shall increase for Northern Ireland and remote areas.

    At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

    Exchanges and returns

    You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Zara.com FREE OF CHARGE.

    • AT A DROP-OFF POINT

      You can request the returns label by going to the orders and returns section.

      When doing a return request, if your order contains a large Home item, we will ask you to get in touch with us in order to complete a home return for you.

    • AT A ZARA STORE

      You can return items at any Zara store in the country/region where the purchase was made as long as the store has the section to which the product belongs – woman, man, kids.

      HOME items can be returned as well to ZARA HOME stores.
