The E-Gift Card is sent to the email address on the day and at the time that you request.
You can change the date selected provided the Card has not been sent yet.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date the E-Gift Card was sent to the recipient.

You can return items at any Zara store in the country/region where the purchase was made.

FROM HOME OR DROP OFF POINT (FREE)
You can return the Card by going to the orders and returns section of your Zara.com user account. You do not need to send us the Card. The Gift Card will be cancelled automatically.
