  • Collection at a Zara store - FREE

    In the store of your choice within 2-3 working days.

  • Home delivery:

    • The day after you buy it - 9.90 PLN / FREE (Orders over 200 PLN)

      We aim for next day delivery on orders placed between Monday and Friday before 19:00.

    • The same day you buy it. - 14.90 PLN

      Same day delivery for orders for Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw, Poznan and Lodz placed between Monday and Friday till 12:00. Delivery between 18:00 and 22:00.

  • Locker - 9.90 PLN / FREE (Orders over 200 PLN)

    At the drop point of your choice within 2-3 working days.

  At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

  Exchanges and returns

  You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Zara.com FREE OF CHARGE.

  • AT A ZARA STORE

    You can exchange or return items at any Zara store in the country/region where the purchase was made as long as the store has the section to which the product belongs – woman, man, kids.

  • HOME COLLECTION

    You can request a home pick-up by going to the orders and returns section.

  • AT A DROP-OFF POINT

    You can request the returns label by going to the orders and returns section.
