- Collection at a Zara store - FREE
  
  In the store of your choice within 2-5 working days.
- Home delivery:
  
  Standard delivery - 7.90 NZD / FREE SHIPPING
  
  The estimated delivery time will be between 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.
- Drop point - 7.90 NZD / FREE SHIPPING
  
  At the drop point of your choice within 2-5 working days.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our returns options are not available at this time. That is why we have decided to extend the returns period to 30 days from when our stores reopen.
- AT A ZARA STORE(FREE)
  
  You can return items at any Zara store in the country/region where the purchase was made.
- AT A DROP-OFF POINT (FREE)
  
  You can return the Card by going to the orders and returns section of your Zara.com user account. You do not need to send us the Card. The Gift Card will be cancelled automatically.
