Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

Woman: can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging, in perfect condition, not used and maintain the hygiene and safety standards (bag and/or protective sticker) with which they were sent.
Man: underwear can be returned as long as they are in perfect conditions, not used and kept in their original packaging.
Kids: underwear can be returned as long as they are in perfect conditions, not used and kept in their original packaging.

Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original packaging.
Fragrances: can be returned as long as they are not used and kept in their original packaging .
Cosmetics: can be returned as long as they are not used and kept in their original packaging.
Customisable items: these items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they have been customised.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
