Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

Swimwear & Swimsuit: will not be able to return except those for babies aged 0 to 36 months.
Underwear: will not be able to return except those for babies aged 0 to 36 months.
Accessories: turban, hairband, bracelet, bow tie, tie, sunglasses, socks, jewellery, umbrella, stocking, braces, belt, tight, leggings, leotard, pyjamas, wool hat, hat, scarf, wallets, key rings & gadget will not be able to return.
Fragrances: must be returned only to stores in the original sealed packaging.
Cosmetics: will not be able to return.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
Bodysuit: it cannot be returned.
