Set for use during meditation and relaxation practices comprising a steel bowl, known as a Tibetan bowl, a mango wood stick and a cushion with filling to support the bowl.
When the edge of the bowl is struck or rubbed with the mallet, it produces sounds and vibrations that help to create a calming atmosphere for meditation.
Includes a cotton bag with adjustable drawstring closure for easy transport and storage.
