Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

Woman: undergarments may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker with which they were sent to you.
Man: undergarments may not be exchanged or returned.
Kids: undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of socks, tights, tops, bodysuits, and undershirts that are still in their original packaging.

Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
Cosmetics: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
Personalized items: due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
HOME items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: the items that arrive with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, garment bags...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.
Spalding ball: cannot be exchanged or returned.
