Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

50CREATORS: Due to their limited and exclusive nature, items from the 50CREATORS collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of this collection, the offered products are considered specially designed and manufactured goods for commemorative purposes, produced according to particular specifications and/or of a non-standard nature. Therefore, the right of withdrawal shall not apply. The provisions of these particular conditions do not affect the legal rights of the consumer or user in the event of non-conformity of the products.

By confirming the purchase of an item from the 50CREATORS50PRODUCTS Limited Collection, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this condition, waiving the exercise of the right of withdrawal provided for in the general consumer regulations.
Swimwear: must include the hygiene strip.
Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned, except for tops, bodysuits, and vests from the Kids’ section kept in their original packaging.
Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
Cosmetics: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
Personalized items: due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
HOME items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: the items that arrive with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.
