Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned, except for tops, bodysuits and vests of 0-36 months' babies' kept in their original packaging.
- Accessories: must be returned with the original packaging intact.
- Fragrances: must be returned only to stores with the original sealed packaging.
- Cosmetics: must be returned in the same packaging and in original condition.

Home delivery:
The day after you buy it - 7.95 AUD / FREE (Orders over 75 AUD)
We aim for next day delivery on all orders to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane placed between Monday and Friday before 16:00 AET. Other destinations: 2-4 business days.

The same day you buy it. - 12.95 AUD
Same day delivery within Sydney for all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 14:00 AET (residential addresses only). Orders will be delivered 18:00-21:00 AET on the same day.

Drop point - 7.95 AUD / FREE (Orders over 75 AUD)
At the drop point of your choice within 1-4 working days.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order. If your order contains fragrances, drop point delivery option will not be available and standard transportation may take an extra 1 or 2 days depending on destination.
Exchanges and returns
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Zara.com FREE OF CHARGE.
